Lauren joined CIBO in April 2025 as a Policy Officer, having been with the Government of Jersey for 3 years. Born and raised in Jersey, Lauren studied English Literature at Royal Holloway before joining the Economy Department in 2021. Lauren’s focus is on internationalisation of the islands through arts and culture. Her background is in creative industries development working with numerous jurisdictions. She has also worked in various areas of policy, ranging from aviation, growth and trade and visitor economy. Lauren’s work at CIBO covers lots of areas of policy to support as and when required, with an understanding of diverse policy areas.
